iPhone Repair FAQ

How do drop-offs/mobile repairs work?

We offer a mobile repair service meaning we come to you for repairs. Most repairs can be completed through our mobile service*. However, if the repair cannot be completed through our mobile service, your device will be picked up and dropped off back to you. Most repairs will be completed within 2 hours once on the table, but no later than the same day.

*Please note that mobile repairs will only be conducted for locations within 25 miles of our office in Lithia Springs, GA.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours are: 

Sunday: Closed

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

If you would like to discuss any special circumstance(s) for an appointment date or time, please call us or send us a text and we will try our best to your needs.

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all iPhone repairs are automatically eligible for a lifetime parts warranty, which means that if your replacement part has any manufacturer defects, we will repair your device free of charge. However, any manufacturer defects should become visible within 30 days after a repair.

Do you need my passcode?

Yes, we do. If there is a passcode on the phone it limits our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your passcode with the device when you drop off your device at our store. If you do not wish to provide your passcode, certain device functions including but are not limited to; the camera, wifi, and bluetooth cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed to function after a repair.

Can you do multiple repairs during the same appointment?

Yes, just give us a call or text us at 404 - 781 - 4615 and we will see what we can set up for you.

What phones do you repair?

We repair iPhones starting from the iPhone 7 all the way to the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

What repairs do you offer for your mobile service?

Most repairs can be completed through our mobile repair service.

What computers do you repair?

We repair most computer brands. Brands such as Dell, Asus, HP, Toshiba, Acer, Lenovo, Microsoft, Apple (iMac and MacBook), Samsung are all included on our repair list.

What is the turnaround time for computer repair?

Most computer repairs will be completed within 1 day after any device-specific parts are ordered. If any adjustments need to be made or if any repair takes longer than expected, we will be sure to follow up with you.
